Our Story
The parenting program originated as a division of Sunrise Human Services, LLC company. Sunrise Human Services LLC. is a company who focuses on delivering services to adults who receive waiver funding. With encouragement and support from the owner of Sunrise Human Services, LLC, the program directors of Sunrise Step By Step formed SiO3P Co and acquired the responsibility for the Sunrise Step By Step parenting education program on July 1, 2025.
The Sunrise Step By Step parenting education program began with contracts with Armstrong County and Westmoreland County in July 2023. The program's first case was with
Armstrong County was referred August 31, 2023. The first case with Westmoreland County was referred January 3, 2024.

SiO3P Co firmly believes that when you work at something that you are passionate about, you will inspire others to do the same. Our Gradatim division has the goal is to provide services that support parents in becoming the best parents that they can be. We teach hands on parenting skills, help connect parents to community resources. We also strive to encourage the parents to discover their dreams, defining their own goals, and help to design a path(s) that will lead them to those goals. We strive to nurture these skills for the parents that we work with, with ourselves, and with our employees. When somebody gets stronger, everybody wins! We hope to continue to grow and diversify while supporting everyone to reach for the goals that are the best goals for them.

Everybody has different strengths. We believe that the key to success is to have a team of individuals with diverse strengths and interests. As the team expands, it gets stronger. When we build/nourish each other's strengths, we are better able to deliver help to those that we work with. We are always looking to add to our team - come check us out
