Sunrise Step by Step is in the Parenting Education Division of SiO3P Co.  The demand for a parenting program tailored to the needs of parents with learning difficulties prompted us to expand into the parent education field. We are delighted to offer a proven, evidence-based parenting program that is specifically designed, tested, and recognized by the California Evidence Based Clearinghouse for Child Welfare to teach hands on parenting skills to parents with learning difficulties.
